Long Distance Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of your activation date, and decide to cancel your service, we will refund any paid monthly service charges and pay the switching fee to another long distance provider.
Service Guarantee Terms and Conditions
Refund includes your plan’s monthly service charge and the fee to switch to another long distance provider. Refund will not include charges for taxes, carrier cost recovery fee, USF compliance or administrative fee, long distance usage, international usage, directory assistance or operator-assisted calls, or payphone calls to your phone. Satisfaction guarantee for Affinity4’s Long Distance Service may only be exercised once per year.
